TRYING THE KECHARI MUDRA
Dividimos el proceso de
entrada en Kechari Mudra en cuatro fases.
We divided the entry process into Kechari
Mudra into four phases.
FASE 1
/ PHASE 1
La posición de partida se muestra en la fotografía adjunta, es
decir, con la lengua en contacto con la úvula y permitiendo que se divise
parte de ésta.
The
starting position is shown in the attached picture. The tongue touches the
uvula and lets some of it visible.
La posición debe
mantenerse de forma relajada. The position must
be maintained in a relaxed manner.
La lengua está plana y sin
tensión, y la boca muy abierta.

FASE 2
/ PHASE 2
En
la fase 2 la punta de la lengua va a rebasar la úvula.

La
ayuda de un espejo puede ser de gran utilidad, a fin de observar que está
sucediendo.
The hrlp
of a mirror can be very useful to observe what´s happening.
Con un dedo (o dos), presionamos
suavemente la lengua hacia abajo y hacia atrás, sobre la línea del
frenillo, a fin de rebasar la úvula.

Si la lengua está bien
relajada, un leve toque es suficiente.

Cuando nos encontramos en
esta posición, finalizamos la segunda etapa.

FASE 3
/ PHASE 3
Al
finalizar la etapa 2 la lengua aún debe encontrarse relajada.

Para poder avanzar hacia las fosas nasales se hace necesario
dotarla de cierta tensión.

Contraemos suavemente la
punta de la lengua en forma de punta de lanza, manteniendo la posición
con respecto a la úvula, es decir, con ésta por encima de la lengua.

FASE 4
/ PHASE 4
A
partir de la posición de la fase 3, debemos realizar simultáneamente diversas
acciones:

1)
mantenemos ligera tensión en la punta de la lengua;

2) con
ayuda de los dedos, empujamos suavemente la lengua hacia el interior, a
lo largo de la línea del frenillo;

3) movemos
la lengua como una serpiente, a izquierda y derecha, para ayudarla a entrar en
la cavidad nasal y

4) ¡Aleluya!

No forzar el movimiento;
la lengua debe entrar relajadamente.

En los primeros intentos, el tiempo de permanencia en la
cavidad nasal es muy corto, pero pronto la entrada y la permanencia se hacen
cada vez más factibles.

En caso de fracaso, no
forzar nuevamente la situación. In case of
